Joyful July

Summer is here, and if you are like me, you have allowed the sun to shine on your body, and your feet to be grounded on the earth (I love my toes in the sand at the beach!) and to comfort you. Our world provides such beautiful natural beauty- I hope you take the time to enjoy it.  

Each month has a birth stone associated with it, and for July, the stone is the ruby which symbolizes passion and courage. What are you passionate about, and how do you show courage? Intimacy is passion. Intimacy is courage. Whether you are 27 years old, or 72 years old, I am sure you, like me, and like most people, are on a continuous journey of self exploration- both sexually and non sexually. A journey of passion and courage.  

Take this month as a starting point if you have not done so already, to show more passion and more courage in the things that you love, the things that give you comfort and pleasure. Be like the ruby- shine bright!
